I Liked It!
When I started reading this, I thought it was a little too much like Fifty Shades, but then I got a few chapters in and realized it was definitely nothing like Fifty!
We meet Lana who is from the poor, poverty ridden area in England, and Blake the billionaire banker. Two total opposites, that are drawn to each other. Lana is in desperate need of money when Blake meets her, and saves her from something horrible with a gross grotesque man, but is what she is signing up for with Blake any better?
Blake treats Lana at first as a doll, he buys her a ton of nice things, puts her up in an expensive apartment, and makes her what he likes in a woman, but you can tell he has a heart, he just doesn’t know what to do, he was brought up completely different than Lana.
Lana, I loved this character as soon as I started reading it, she’s sweet, and selfless, all she cares about is the reason she got into this to begin with. She is instantly likeable and you truly feel for the things she has gone through or is going through.
The “relationship” between Blake and Lana is very interesting, and just when things get good, BAM the story ends.. I guess I’ll have to wait till January to pick up the next installment and see what happens. Don’t get me wrong, its not a WTF cliff hanger, well maybe for some it is, but I just want to know what the heck happens. I became very attached to these two characters, different sides of the tracks and all, and need to know what happens. I definitely recommend adding this book to your TBR list today.

I Beta read this book and let me tell you…YOU WILL LOVE Sam and Ben’s story.
The both of them are so broken and scared and its understandable. They have this connection from phone calls before but once they meet it comes to the surface more but they are still cautious because of what the’ve been through. There was something about him that made her walls go down and something about her that made him start to feel alive again. You can create all the rules u want but there will be that someone that makes you forget about them and you have to take the risk to see where that leads. Yeah it’s scary as hell, but you have to take a chance and that’s what they both did, with a few insecurities in the way. Ben made me want to choke him a few times but I’m glad he finally got it together 🙂
I CAN NOT wait for Jenny and Jack to get their story ;).
They were awesome characters in this story too, along with Gramps, the little time we saw him.
Add this to your TBR list. Its a beautiful and emotional story. This is Aine’s first book and it was amazing! Looking forward to more from her <3
I ABSOLUTELY FREAKING LOVED IT!
I was given a beta copy of Coming Home for my honest review, and this was one of the best stories I’ve read this year. It was different and heartbreaking, heartwarming, and true.
This is Aine’s debut novel, and while reading it, I thought, how is this her first book?
We meet Sam and Ben in Coming Home, both are broken from past relationships but in different ways. They have only spoken on the phone (Sam’s best friend is Ben’s sister Jenny), but fate intervenes and they meet, the attraction on the phone is stronger in person, but can they move on, or stay in the past?
This story is a roller-coaster of emotions for the characters, and for you, the reader. I absolutely loved it! One of the things that was different in this story compared to others was you get external and internal dialogue from these characters, instead of trying to figure out what they are thinking when they are talking, you know, and I loved it. I also loved how it is told in both of their POV’s, even though sometimes you want to strangle them for what they do or are thinking, you understand.
Ben and Sam’s story is amazing, I loved it, and cried with it, and now have a serious book hangover because of this. The way this story ended was amazing, and had me in tears. Not the ugly cry tears, but the good crying.
I encourage all of you to pick this one up when it releases, its a must read in my opinion. Props to Aine for such an amazing debut novel, I hope you all love it as much as I did.

I received an ARC from the author, in exchange for my honest review of On the 12th Date Of Christmas.
This was a sweet story about Robin and Jonas. I’ve not read any of Nikki’s books before, but I definitely will after this one. We meet Robin who has had something happen to her, but as a reader you are not sure exactly what, enter Jonas, the ex boyfriend who left her and broke her heart.
Both of these characters in their year apart from each other have had some pretty horrible things happen to them, but Jonas has learned he made the biggest mistake of his life letting Robin go, and will do anything to win her back, enter the 12 dates of Christmas.
This is such a cute way to get her to see he has changed. There is a tons of ups and downs in this story, finding out why his parents hate her, Eric, Robin’s best friend Cheyanne’s ex, etc. But this book was really well written and told a sweet story, great for this time of the year.
I do think you should read Secret Santa Wishing Well prior to reading this one, since the characters are the same, but different stories. I am now going to go read that one because even though I know how that couple ends up, I want to read their story.
Nikki is an amazing story teller, and I definitely will read more books by her. I just wish we got more of the epilogue and what happens next 🙁

OMG! What an amazing conclusion to this trilogy!
I loved the first 2 books in this series but I must say Forever Us is my favorite and Connor Black will forever be one of my favorites 🙂 Ellery takes no mess from anyone and that’s including Mr Black and I love that about her.lol.. They love each other so much and with the birth of their daughter Julia (and later towards the end, their son Collin), you see so much of it more.
All the characters were awesome and as much as I loved Peyton, Mason is my new bff..LOVED HIM! I was so happy to see him and Landon in the story 🙂 And Denny? omg..I was hoping it turned out the way it did and I was so happy for that!!
A few things happened (not giving away spoilers) that made me want to slap Connor upside his head, but Ellery held her own.
Overall I loved this final book and will be sad to see it end, but at least we have Julia’s book coming next month and I have a feeling that’s going to be amazing 🙂 (That Epilogue was beautiful! <3 <3)
Sandi never disappoints! 🙂
If you havent read the other books in this series, you should definitely add them to your tbr list. You will love Connor and Ellery <3

Seriously..I loved this freaking book!! what a great read. We met Logan in More Than This and you could tell from that Epilogue, that his book was going to be amazing..and she sure did not disappoint! Logan and Amanda are so adorable, when they finally got it right. They both are dealing with issues from their past. Logan’s will break your heart. I just love him though…loved seeing the other characters too: Jake and Micky, Heidi and Dylan (i wonder whats going on with them) and especially Cam and Lucy..hilarious! (Looking forward to their book) That Megan twist? I SO didn’t see that one coming. I was shocked! All I know is that from that ending (minor cliffhanger, but there is more to their story definitely!!),I need More Than Him now! We have to wait until Spring though *sigh* If you loved More Than This, More Than Her will draw you in and keep you wanting more 🙂

Omg!! This series is becoming one of my favorites. In Beautiful Broken Rules we had Jax and Em.loved them! Here in Beautiful Broken Mess we have Jax’s twin brother Jace and Audrey who happens to be Jax’s ex. I totally misjudged the whole Audrey situation from the first book. now that we know the story and how everything happened (not spoiling it for anyone ), it makes sense. Loved seeing Jax and Em as well as Cole and Quinn and that Epilogue was amazing!…hello to my new favorite character in the series, Lane. He is hilarious and I can’t wait for his book next year..wonder what his story is..hmmm. If you loved the first book, add this to your tbr you will not be disappointed!
I Loved It!
Wow, make sure you have time to read this book in one sitting! I absolutely loved this book and could not put it down. It didn’t have that crazy drama, just some crap to get over from the past, and some jealousy.
Drue and Victoria are seriously one of my new favorite couples of 2013! Their relationship, is amazing, and Tori’s friendship with Kevin is something I think we all wish we could have. I did want to slap her towards the end, but I must say everything worked out how I wanted it to.
Reading this story of Drue and Victoria you would not believe that this is Savanna’s debut novel. It was so well written and grabbed you from the first chapter, that I literally stayed up WAY past my bedtime to finish their story. This is a sweet story of growing up, and finding the one person you are meant to be with.
I recommend this book highly and hope all of you will add it to your TBR list. One of the best debut novels of 2013!!!
I LOVED IT!!!
Holy Crap! What a freaking emotional roller-coaster that you just do not want to get off! All of the hype for this book before it was released was definitely worth it. I COULD NOT PUT THIS DOWN! Maureen Mayer did such an amazing job on her debut novel, and was instantly added to my favorite books of 2013 list!
We start out meeting Liberty and then Brett, due to an unfortunate situation with a football). At first I really liked Brett, until Shayne came into the picture, I mean who does not love a “bad guy” with tattoos that is GORGEOUS!? Each of the characters in this story pull at your heart strings, you love them, you hate them, you want to slap them in the face!
Now lets talk about Shayne… OMG!! Once I liked him, I LOVED HIM! He moved up to the top of my list of book boyfriends! I almost instantly fell in love with him. The things he does, how he treats Liberty, everything about him is just swoonworthy, and I LOVED IT! When we got a sneak peak into his head, my heart broke with him, I had tears, and usually I am not the one to take a guys side in a story!
This story was beautifully written, and flowed so smooth! The reader is able to piece together the story before the characters catch on, but it doesn’t make some of the reveals any less dramatic, and heart wrenching. This book had me on the edge, crying, laughing, swooning, & biting my nails! I literally experienced every emotion reading this story!
The characters were so well written, and I grew so attached to them, when the story ended, I was sad to let them go! Maddie, Shayne, Liberty, Brett, LOVED THEM ALL (even if sometimes I wanted to strangle them!)!!!! Liberty’s character is so strong, and some may find her whiny, but with what she has gone through, you can definitely understand her hesitation with some of the situations.
We experience the trials of moving on from a tragic past, relocation, finding your “family outside your family”, finding out who you are, and that gut wrenching, all consuming, no one will ever compare to you love in this book! Like I said, non-stop, roller-coaster ride of emotions!
Everyone should pick this book up! You would like Maureen Mayer has been writing books for years, not that this is her debut! Its a MUST READ and I cannot wait for the second book to come out (Maddie’s story!).
